BALTECH HI-1660
Where parts are to be heated before installation BALTECH HI-1660 can be used. Heating of bearing replacement, coupling installation and heating of gearwheels before gearbox assembling can be done. The main feature is the induction heater on a trolley,control unit, temperature sensor and set of replacement yokes. Fast, easy and cost-effective heating of any part before installation can be conducted.
The installed part is a secondary winding, which is heated due to magnetic induction. Bearing heating, coupling heating and installation, gearbox assembling is performed several times faster in comparison with traditional methods (hot plates, oil bath, burners, etc). Heating of parts weighing up to 350 kg with an inner diameter up to 860 mm can be conducted by using BALTECH HI-1660.This also has an electronic timer from 0 to 99 minutes. 10kVA is the maximum power.
